  Role Description

  This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Service Technician located in Millersville, MD. The Solar Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, providing field service support, and delivering top-notch customer service. The Technician will also handle general maintenance tasks and ensure the efficient operation of solar systems.

  Qualifications

   Maintenance &amp; Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in providing excellent customer service
  </li>
  <li>
   General maintenance knowledge
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  </li>
  <li>
   Good communication and problem-solving skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Relevant certifications such as NABCEP or OSHA are beneficial
  </li>
