<div> We are looking for a dedicated and organized Remote Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the Office Manager and play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly while providing excellent service to our customers. If you have a knack for customer service, sales, and quality assurance, and can efficiently manage jobs, routes, and customer interactions, we want to hear from you! <br/> <br/> <strong> Key Responsibilities <br/> <br/> </strong> Customer Service: <br/> <br/> Be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. <br/> <br/> Follow up with new and existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. <br/> <br/> <strong> Sales <br/> <br/> </strong> Book new customers and handle incoming sales inquiries. <br/> <br/> Provide quotes and estimates from various pool suppliers to the General Manager (GM). <br/> <br/> <strong> Quality Assurance <br/> <br/> </strong> Ensure all necessary pictures and comments from pool technicians are uploaded to our system. <br/> <br/> Follow up with customers to verify service quality and satisfaction. <br/> <br/> <strong> Job And Route Management <br/> <br/> </strong> Manage jobs, routes, and schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity. <br/> <br/> Ensure route optimization for technician assignments. <br/> <br/> <strong> Communication <br/> <br/> </strong> Act as a liaison between the GM, pool technicians, and affiliate partners. <br/> <br/> Send technician work schedules for the week. <br/> <br/> <strong> Administrative Duties <br/> <br/> </strong> Invoice customers and collect payments through our system. <br/> <br/> Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates. <br/> <br/> <strong> Requirements <br/> <br/> </strong> Proven experience in customer service and sales roles. <br/> <br/> Strong organizational and multitasking skills. <br/> <br/> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. <br/> <br/> Proficiency in using relevant software (like Serviceminder.io). <br/> <br/> Ability to work independently and remotely. <br/> <br/> Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus. <br/> <br/> This is a remote position, providing the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
