  Summary Of Position
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Responsible for supporting the Safety department within Cowan Systems, LLC to maintain compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Regulations and company policies.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <strong>
  Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Create Driver and Equipment files in accordance with DOT regulations and company policy using third party and internal applications
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain equipment and independent contractor insurance database
  </li>
  <li>
   Order state permits
  </li>
  <li>
   Activate and deactivate independent contractor fuel card
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with maintenance department ordering independent contractor equipment tags
  </li>
  <li>
   Generate inter-department communication for all changes
  </li>
  <li>
   Process applications using external databases ordering reports
  </li>
  <li>
   Collect, review and activates new drivers and equipment
  </li>
  <li>
   Internal and external company customer communication via telephone and email
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>

   1 year office environment experience
  </li>
