 We have partnered with an engineering design and consulting firm in the Cornelius, NC area to provide them with a Landscape Architect / Land Planner &ndash; Team Lead. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

  Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Landscape Architect / Land Planner &ndash; Team Lead:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 #1 Must have a Professional LA or Certified Planner License.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 #2. Must have at least 5 years working as a professional Landscape Architect/Designer in a land development office setting.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 #3. Must have experience with developing and following a formalized QA/QC program.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 #4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <strong>
  Requirements of the Landscape Architect / Land Planner &ndash; Team Lead:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program.
  </li>
  <li>
   Certification: Professional registration as a Landscape Architect or Certified Planner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a professional Landscape Architect/Designer in a land development office setting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Project Portfolio: Experience with a diverse and dynamic project portfolio.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work Environment: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, and adapt to shifting project priorities and multiple clients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Compliance Management: Ability to manage deadlines and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design Skills: Strong freehand illustration and rendering abilities, with expressive graphics skills in both sketch and finished formats.
  </li>
  <li>
   Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with local codes, ordinances, and public agency standards related to land development design and entitlement processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Quality Assurance: Experience in developing and adhering to a formalized QA/QC program.
  </li>
  <li>
   Project Understanding: Ability to effectively design projects, including rezonings, site plans, and landscape plans, in accordance with municipal codes and ordinances.
