 #1. Client is looking for a registered Landscape architect or certified Planner
 <br/>
 <br/>
 #2. Candidate should have strong Business development skills
 <br/>
 <br/>
 #3. Knowledge of AutoCAD/FX Works, Photoshop and Sketch Up.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 #4. Professional registration as a Landscape Architect or Certified Planner.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 #5. Excellent financial management skills.

  Requirements Of The Landscape Architect
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning from an accredited institution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Certification: Professional registration as a Landscape Architect or Certified Planner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in land planning or landscape architecture, with a varied and dynamic portfolio.
  </li>
  <li>
   Communication Skills: Proficiency in communicating effectively with strong freehand illustration and rendering skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Technical Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD/FX Works, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
  </li>
  <li>
   Financial Management: Excellent financial management abilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work Environment: Proven experience working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting with tight deadlines, and the ability to adapt to project priorities and client demands.
  </li>
  <li>
   Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with local codes, ordinances, and public agency standards related to land development design and related entitlement processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Quality Assurance: Experience in developing and adhering to a formalized QA/QC program.
  </li>
  <li>
   Graphics Skills: Demonstrated ability in both sketch and finished format graphics.
  </li>
  <li>
   Business Development: Strong business development skills and knowledge of the local land development market.
  </li>
  <li>
   Public Presentation: Competence in presenting to boards and councils for various project types.
  </li>
  <li>
   Client Interaction: Ability to liaise with public and private sector clients, maintain client relationships, manage projects, and mentor staff.
  </li>
  <li>
   Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills for effective and professional interactions with clients, approval authorities, government officials, and the public.
  </li>
  <li>
   Compliance: Must pass a drug screening, background check, and maintain a satisfactory driving record per the company&rsquo;s MVR policy.
