 Hire Resolve's client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Landscape Architect in Philadelphia, PA.

  Responsibilities:

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Prepare land development documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review landscape plans and coordinate planning services.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to the preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, and applications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform limited field inspection (as needed).
  </li>
  <li>
   Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed.

  Requirements
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture (or a related field of study).
  </li>
  <li>
   2+ years of professional experience working in Landscape Architecture with land development projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with all phases of residential, commercial, institutional, and public projects, including entitlements, permitting, construction documents, and construction liaison
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience contributing to large-scale master planning projects (especially with developing detailed construction plans as well as site / grading / planting plans) is a plus!
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency with MS-Office 365 (e.g.: Outlook, Excel, &amp; Word) is expected; expertise with relevant design &amp; CADD software tools (e.g.: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Cloud, LandFX, etc.) is a plus!
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with modeling programs (e.g.: Sketchup, Lumion, and/or Revit).
  </li>
  <li>
   Working knowledge of ArcGIS.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work in an energetic &amp; challenging environment on a variety of projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication skills (verbal &amp; written).
