 The Global Workspace Procurement team facilitates multi-billion dollar annual purchases across 3 regions including AMS, EMEA, and APAC. Our mission is to collaborate with the workplace services team to give a superior experience for employees by providing a great variety of resources and excellent procurement solutions.

 Responsibilities:
 <br/>
 - Manage procurement projects for the AMS regional catering services, overseeing tasks such as outsourcing employee canteen operations, acquiring snacks, arranging event meals, designing pantries, and procuring kitchen equipment.
 <br/>
 - Handle vendor qualification, selection, contract negotiation, and daily operation management, including coordination of purchase order processing and payments.
 <br/>
 - Maintain an in-depth understanding of local market dynamics and regional logistics team requirements to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions with a high service level.
 <br/>
 - Continuously improve supplier sourcing, selection, evaluation, bidding, and management mechanisms to establish a competitive and high-quality supplier pool that aligns with the company's development pace.
 <br/>
 - Align local procurement practices with the company's overall procurement and catering category strategies.
 <br/>
 - Provide feedback on local industry and legal norms, as well as other special requirements, to optimize various strategies.
 <br/>
 - Collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to maintain good relationships and ensure timely responses that exceed stakeholder expectations.

  Qualifications

 Minimum Qualifications:
 <br/>
 - Proven procurement experience supporting the catering indirect category and/or RFPs for catering in a global setting
 <br/>
 - Excellent grasp of procurement processes (procurement strategy, project management, negotiation and contract, cost control, supplier management, procurement process management, etc.)
 <br/>
 - Proficiency in stakeholder management, demonstrating excellence in building and maintaining internal and external relationships to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of organizational goals.

 Preferred Qualifications:
 <br/>
 - Minimum 5 years of experience supporting the catering category within the organization. Alternatively, we will consider candidates coming from the hospitality industry who have experience dealing with RFPs for catering
 <br/>
 - Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex procurement concepts and collaborate with various stakeholders
 <br/>
 - Familiarity with large ERP systems
 <br/>
 - Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese will be advantageous as the new hire will be supporting the LATAM region

 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
 <p>
  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100000 - $180000 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
