  Bulgari Corporation of America is looking for a Packaging Operations &amp; Logistics Procurement Planner to ensure, the development of feasible supply plans, based on approved sales forecast and of a global inventory strategy, in order to maximize service level in all channels (on time product availability), and minimize year-end inventory level (at store and central/local warehouses).

   ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  </strong>
 </p>

   Package Planning (40%)
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Accurately monitor package inventory levels within the distribution network, to achieve target service level within inventory and costs objectives, prevent shortage and avoid air shipments.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Deploy inventory according to the demand and inventory level, in coordination with Sales team.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Allocate the package according to the priorities / opportunities / constraints in terms of inventory levels and replenishment.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Control products availability by liaising with Central teams, identify and report the shortages and stocks excess risks. Proactively communicate availability to Retail Operation team.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Define the target stock level for the local warehouse.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Replenish DOS stores with package according to their sales trend and upcoming events
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Manage the replenishment for all packaging materials for in JWA.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Follow-up with freight forwarders, truckers, and warehouse to ensure that incoming package shipments are available as quickly as possible, prioritizing order of receipt.
 </p>

  &bull;Work with custom broker to make sure all entries are cleared as soon as possible.
 </p>

   Procurement Planning (30%)
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Be the key contact and owner for all Bulgari logistics accounts
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Accurately and timely process all logistic invoices in Ivalua
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Reporting &amp; KPI monitoring: develop new dashboard(s) to monitor KPI&rsquo;s, while improving existing reports.
 </p>

  &bull;Additional ad-hoc projects.

   Operation Planning (30%)
  </strong>
 </p>

  &bull;Manage and process store requests for JWA sold orders from oversea
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Follow-up with stores on ongoing projects
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Support JWA Distribution Planner to learn and understand the processes involved.
 </p>

   Qualifications:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Must have 2-4 years in a luxury retail environment
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Knowledge of Demand Planning and Logistics process and procedures
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Quantitative and Quantitative data analysis
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Able to multi-task and work with numerous departments
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;IT Applications (SAP, Excel, BW HANA)
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Ability to travel
 </p>
