   Key Responsibilities:

   Identify and source suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability criteria.

   Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement with suppliers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor market trends and developments to ensure advantageous sourcing decisions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of materials and supplies.
  </li>

   Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory turnover and storage.
  </li>
  <li>
   Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  </li>

   Resolve issues and disputes with suppliers regarding delivery, quality, or pricing.
  </li>

   Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
  </li>

   Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and meet project timelines.

   Analyze pricing proposals and total cost of ownership to make informed purchasing decisions.

   Qualifications:

   Proven experience (2+ years) as a Buyer, Purchasing Agent, or in a similar procurement role.

   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
