 What we are looking for:

 We are looking for a GTM Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience on a 3-month contract basis to help us grow our team. A successful candidate will closely collaborate with the leadership team to identify hiring needs, meet and report on recruiting KPIs and manage the pipeline. You will also network with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best people, even those who are &ldquo;not actively looking&rdquo;.

 What you&rsquo;ll be doing:

 <ul>
  <li>
   Strong understanding and experience identifying qualified candidates and building robust candidate pipelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Build and develop a strong network of active and passive candidates
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage our recruiting pipeline from candidate engagement to offer stage
  </li>
  <li>
   Build solid relationships with your stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   Comfortably present and promote our technology and our company culture
  </li>
  <li>
   Write and post technical and other job descriptions
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants&rsquo; abilities
  </li>
  <li>
   Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

  </li>
 </ul>
 Who you are:

 <ul>
  <li>
   5+ years of work experience hiring technical and non-technical roles in a SaaS environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Team-centric mindset - demonstrated ability working well in a collaborative environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Technical expertise with an ability to understand, explain and evaluate job requirements for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience using different sourcing techniques
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
