<div> <p> We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner) to join our Talent Acquisition team! Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience, preferably in a high volume/high touch consultative environment supporting healthcare in some capacity. </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> Our Talent Acquisition Partners act as a strategic business partner to understand Emory Healthcare staffing demands and works to effectively attract and hire diverse and top talent. </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> RESPONSIBILITIES </p> <ul> <li> Responsible for conducting open position intake discussion with hiring managers, sourcing, interviewing, offer, and compensation negotiation </li> <li> Creates positive candidate and hiring manager experience for any individual participating in the Emory Healthcare hiring process </li> <li> Navigate the Emory Applicant Tracking System to appropriately track, document, and progress candidates through the hiring experience </li> <li> Participation in Emory hiring events as required </li> </ul> <p> <br/> </p> <p> MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: </p> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Other education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. </li> <li> Two (2) plus years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment with experience sourcing talent within an Applicant Tracking System as well as using external sources to identify talent </li> <li> Experience with applicant tracking systems </li> <li> Healthcare industry knowledge preferred </li> </ul> <p> <br/> </p> <p> SKILLS REQUIRED: </p> <ul> <li> Strong organizational skills, high skill level in customer service, effective presentation skills </li> <li> Detail oriented, meet service level agreements and provides a high level of support to the business and candidates </li> <li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills including fact finding, influencing, listening, and problem solving </li> <li> Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, hiring leaders, vendors, and senior leaders across the organization </li> <li> Maintains a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced work environment </li> <li> Ability to influence hiring leaders to move quickly in selection and offer stages to optimize the opportunity to hire top candidates </li> <li> Comfortable in a goal/metric driven environment </li> <li> Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook </li> </ul> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <strong> JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY! </strong> Emory Healthcare (EHC), part of Emory University (EUV), is the most comprehensive academic health system in Georgia and the first and only in Georgia with a Magnet® designated ambulatory practice.
