   What you will do:

 </p>
 <p>

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Act as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment (sourcing, candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with other Talent Attraction team members
  </li>
  <li>
   Guide and coach hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with internal HR team members to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead/participate in continuous improvement activities
  </li>
  <li>
   Actively support execution of Retail business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in discussions to assist with delivery of talent needed to achieve business priorities
  </li>
  <li>
   Build and maintain positive relationships with Hiring Managers and Recruiters
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaise with hiring leaders to create and lead Strategic Inclusion recruitment strategies that result in an inclusive candidate pipeline
  </li>

   What you will bring:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or related discipline preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  </li>
  <li>
   2+ years&rsquo; experience in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with HRIS Applicant Tracking systems (SAP Success Factors) preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   High Volume Recruitment experience preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Technical lab recruitment experience preferred
  </li>
