Support core business teams to design tailored recruiting strategy, as well as finding the rare talents and help them with a smooth transition to the team. </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> You will also collaborate with regional and global HR professions to implement various projects to reach the recruiting goals. Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. </p> <p> 2. Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals. </p> <p> 4. Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages. </p> <p> 3.
