 $$: $49-$59/hr. DOE
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Seeking a highly experienced radio producer with an understanding of pre-recorded and live radio production. Candidate will be producing Daily/Weekly radio shows and high level editorial priorities. They will also be working with high level talent and being hands on in the studio. Candidate should understand planning and programming in this space.

  This is a Lead Producer position.

 REQUIREMENTS:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Minimum of 5 years experience leading a high level, live or pre-recorded radio production preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum of 5 years experience partnering with radio hosts required, preference for experience working with a variety of different hosts and artists
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated experience working with high-level talent and artists
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience acting as the point of contact for key cross functional relationships including PR &amp; Marketing
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to develop show outlines, story arcs, and conduct required research and prep; must also have the ability to adapt content to fit the voice of the host or talent they are working with
  </li>
  <li>
   Reliable, trustworthy and excellent editorial judgement.
  </li>
  <li>
   Creative and able to continuously source or generate ideas
  </li>
  <li>
   Technically confident in a studio, with full mastery of the end-to-end technical process, must possess a readiness to learn about emerging technologies or new equipment
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to motivate, lead, and inspire the team and talent they work with
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication, planning and time management and skills to ensure productions run to time
  </li>
  <li>
   Calm under pressure particularly in a studio environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
  </li>
  <li>
   Flexible and understanding with talent, guests, contributors and change overall
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong writing skills for speech and platform
  </li>
  <li>
   Curious, a fascination with music, people and a love of story-telling
