   Job Responsibilities/ Scope

   Assist in legal and compliance work
  </li>

   Assist in implementing intellectual property protection strategy, working with group members, manage regional intellectual property portfolio
  </li>

   Drafting/review of contracts, resolutions, minutes and other papers for Board and its committees
  </li>
  <li>
   Preparation of annual report, announcements, press releases etc
  </li>
  <li>
   Corporate governance matters
  </li>
  <li>
   Legal and other regulatory research
  </li>
  <li>
   Exposure to business initiatives &amp; projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Open to learning on aspects where candidate has limited prior experience
  </li>

   Qualifications &amp; Experience
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor of Law Degree, Singapore or UK
  </li>
  <li>
   2 - 4 years PQE.

 <ol>
  <li>
   Experience in intellectual property. Trademark portfolio management, trademark applications, oppositions, invalidations and cancellations, office actions, working with trademark agents; intellectual property contracts such as licence agreements and sale/purchase and assignments of intellectual property, protection of trade secrets and confidentiality.
  </li>
  <li>
   Corporate and commercial laws, contracts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Working on matters involving regional jurisdictions.
  </li>
