   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>

 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; You will be a key member of the legal team of OneConnect, advising the management on various issues related to the business and operation of OneConnect (including its subsidiaries in Southeast Asia) from a legal perspective.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; You will be working on various matters including but not limited to commercial contracts drafting, reviewing and negotiation, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; You will be managing external counsel and legal service providers as needed.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; You will be advising the management on updates of laws and regulations in the Southeast Asia region in relation to OneConnect&rsquo;s business.
 </p>

  &bull; You will be empowered to work independently and make your own business judgement, whilst training and support are available when needed.

   Requirements
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; LLB. or equivalent.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Ability to use both English and Bahasa Indonesia as working languages.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Legal education background or knowledge and experience with legal systems in Indonesia is preferred.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; At least 5 years legal experience as a practicing lawyer or as an in house legal counsel, preferably in software or IT industry.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Prior exposure to various areas of law, regulations and polices including but not limited to the banking industry is a plus.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Keen interest in technological solutions and the FinTech industry and willingness to learn.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Strong initiative and motivation in working in a fast-paced, flexible, robust environment.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Possess business acumen grounded with a touch of practicality and pragmatism.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Analytical and logical with ability to work and make decisions under time pressure.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
 </p>
 <p>
