   Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Provide legal support to the various internal departments
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborating with regional teams in UK &amp; US on cross-border matters, advise on financial regulations, and support governance processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
  </li>
  <li>
   Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
  </li>
  <li>
   Drafting internal policies, advising on fundraising and corporate activities, and contributing to firm-wide projects.
  </li>

   Qualifications
  </strong>
 </p>

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Qualified lawyer in Singapore
  </li>
  <li>
   4+ years PQE in fund/investment management/private equity/REITs
  </li>
  <li>
   Exposure to CIS products
  </li>
  <li>
   Not open to candidates requiring sponsorship to work in singapore
  </li>
 </ul>
