  Legal Counsel

  Responsibilities:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Review, draft and negotiate various commercial agreements including NDAs, software licensing and &lsquo;software-as-a-service&rsquo; (SaaS) agreements, partnership agreements, procurement related agreements, etc. to support the business
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage and advise on HR-related and contentious matters, contractual disputes and support business in any crisis management
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with M&amp;A and joint venture projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in various legal and compliance initiatives as required, including group-wide legal templates, guidelines and policies
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage and support implementation of legal technology and resources, such as for third-party screening and contract management
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage external counsels, as required, on supporting contentious or non-contentious matters
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in the development of training materials and provide training to business on relevant legal topics and best practices
  </li>

   Assist and support in corporate secretarial matters for group companies
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide day-to-day legal support on legal and operational matters working closely with various business stakeholders on a variety of matters

  Qualifications &amp; Experience:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor Degree in Law; Singapore-qualified lawyer with 5 years PQE
  </li>
  <li>
   Commercial contract experience is mandatory, preferably gained in both law firm and in-house counsel roles
  </li>
  <li>
   Preference for candidates with TMT or licensing background
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team spirit; able to work collaboratively across business lines and global teams on a wide range of topics
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work across multiple time-zones on international projects, including in Europe and the United States
  </li>
  <li>
   Self-driven and able to work independently, organize, prioritize and manage ongoing matters in a faced-paced work environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Has a practical, business-oriented approach to problem solving and communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong professional ethics, integrity and judgment
  </li>
