Do you enjoy being a strategic partner for relationship managers along the full lifecycle of key clients (UHNWI)?
  
Within our Key Client Management & Family Office team, we are looking for an ambitious Key Client Project Manager who joins us in further strengthening our market success in this segment. As a team, we enable our organization to systematically manage and develop our Key Client & Family Office population, and therefore contribute significantly to Vontobel’s business growth in Private Clients.
What would your role be?
* Support the Business Developers in the team by preparing Key Client profiles, briefing sheets, and pitches/RFPs; and assist them in developing long-term client development plans to showcase the bank’s full capabilities.
* Ensure a proactive flow of information to and from the client deal team, working with the relevant internal teams, including senior management representatives.
* Actively implement the solutions designed with the client deal team from start to end (client project management), and ensure that after-sales processes are fully aligned with client expectations.
* Actively shape our Key Client solutions catalogue by leading related development and improvement projects (incl. product ownership where applicable).
* Actively contribute to the team’s output by building up processes, managing our segment reporting and maintaining sales materials.
* Take ownership to manage our stakeholder community through active dialogue and act as the facilitator of our collaboration formats (incl. organization of annual Key Client RM Days).
* This role offers a development path to work on client cases independently, and to take on a Business Developer role in the team over time.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience managing UHNWI clients and relationship managers (successful track record in acquisition and/or first-hand solution management expertise).
* Deep product expertise in several areas with high relevance for UHNWI clients.
* Excellent project management skills: ability to manage and coordinate various stakeholders. Consultancy experience is a plus.
* Ability to visualize concepts and reduce complexity to its essence.
* Independent working style with high interest in achieving results as a team.
* Organized and responsible, self-motivated, quick learner.
* Ability to see the “big picture”.
* Fluency in English and German with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. French or Italian are a plus.
