SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGER IoT & Engineering

YOUR CHALLENGE You develop and implement growth strategies for offerings in industry 4.0, manufacturing processes, warehousing systems and related areas. You work with internal leadership to develop innovative solutions and lead proposals and RFPs in alignment with customer strategies. You ensure solutions meet customer requirements by collaborating with delivery teams. You foster strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. As a key player you will manage the entire sales process from acquisition to closure and partner with industry teams to establish long-term success and future growth. You will be crucial in driving sales, business growth and customer relationship initiatives and achieving annual revenue and booking targets.
YOUR PROFILE You have an excellent education in engineering and a couple of years’ experience in sales and business growth within the transportation and manufacturing domain. Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs in IoT and engineering is highly desirable. Ideally you experienced working with partnerships, including boutique technology companies and hyperscalers. An ability to dynamically adapt to shifts in priorities and programs, resolving contention and solving problems across technology and customers. You possess strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage C-Suite stakeholders. You are a problem solver with the ability to effectively prioritize work and engage in consultative selling. You are business fluent in English and German with the ability to interface at all organizational levels.
