Job Summary  
* This role is responsible for managing a team of individual contributors while evaluating their performance, developing resource-efficient business plans, and aligning goals with the organization’s overall sales objectives. The role nurtures customer relationships by promptly addressing customer challenges and integrating feedback for product and service improvements. * Seeks and integrates customer feedback to drive enhancements in products and services, thereby refining the sales process for overall customer satisfaction.
* Manages account planning while maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities to meet revenue goals.
* Monitors and assesses individual and team performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
* Stays abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, enabling the adaptation of sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Delivers continuous training and development programs to empower the sales team with enhanced product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement skills.
* Conducts regular sales meetings to address challenges and share best practices while keeping the team informed, aligned with goals, and motivated.
* Leverages sales technology and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity within the sales process, staying updated on emerging solutions.
  
Education & Experience Recommended  
* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in sales, business management, project management, or a related field.
