Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our advertising campaigns and digital strategies. This role focuses on generating quality leads and boosting revenue through multi-platform ad campaigns while enhancing website ranking, brand visibility, and overall digital presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and website optimization techniques to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advertising Campaigns: * Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize ROI and generate high-quality leads. * Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing creatives and formats. * Monitor campaign performance and create detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders. 2. Website Optimization and Ranking Improvement: * On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for target keywords. * Technical SEO: * Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall usability. * Fix crawl errors, broken links, and implement structured data markup. * Off-Page SEO: * Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content distribution. * Monitor domain authority and backlink profiles. * Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword analysis to identify opportunities for ranking improvement. * Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across web architecture. 3. Content Marketing: * Develop and oversee engaging blog posts, videos, infographics, and other content to drive traffic and improve search rankings. * Ensure all content is optimized for target keywords and aligned with the brand's voice and objectives. * Strategically distribute content across channels to increase visibility and engagement. 4. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): * Manage PPC campaigns with a focus on driving traffic and improving conversions. * Create optimized ad copy and landing pages to align with paid search objectives. 5. Social Media and Brand Awareness: * Build and manage social media strategies to engage audiences and boost brand visibility. * Use analytics to refine social campaigns and drive results. 6. Analytics and Reporting: * Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. * Generate comprehensive reports with insights and recommendations to improve digital performance. 7. Email Marketing: * Plan and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention. * Use data insights to refine email strategies and maximize conversions. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Technical SEO Proficiency: * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture for implementing SEO recommendations. * Knowledge of website performance tools like GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, and Screaming Frog. * SEO & SEM Expertise: * Proven experience in improving search rankings and driving organic traffic. * Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads. * Analytical Tools: Expertise in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz. * Content Optimization: Ability to craft content that aligns with SEO strategies and boosts engagement. * Strong understanding of SERP features, local SEO, and voice search optimization. Preferred Skills: * Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing. * Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. * Familiarity with website builders, plugins, and tools to enhance user experience.
