Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager 1) Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: > Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. > Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. 2) Content Creation and Management: > Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels. > Manage the content calendar to ensure timely publication of content. 3) SEO and SEM: > Optimize content for search engines to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic. > Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI. 4) Email Marketing: > Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. > Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results. 5) Analytics and Reporting: > Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. > Use data-driven insights to improve future campaigns and strategies. 6) Social Media Management: > Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. > Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments. 7) Collaboration and Coordination: > Collaborate with other departments / institutes to ensure consistency in brand messaging and marketing efforts. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a creative flair, knowledge of software, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. 3. Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. 4. Proficient in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms. 5. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 9. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
