About the Role: We’re on the hunt for an experienced and driven professional to take charge of our e-commerce operations. This role is all about ensuring smooth workflows, building strong vendor partnerships, and driving scalable growth. Job Details: * Job Type: Full Time * Location: South Mumbai – Breach Candy (Onsite role) * Days: Monday through Friday (WFO) & Saturday (WFH) * Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM What You’ll Do: * Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operations across order processing, product listings, and fulfillment. * Vendor Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors and marketplace partners to meet business goals. * Process Optimization: Identify gaps and implement improvements to scale and streamline processes. * Team Leadership: Inspire and guide teams to deliver exceptional results every single time. * Direct Line to the Founder: Enjoy the thrill of working closely with the founder, sharing ideas, and having your voice heard. * Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, energetic, and fun work environment that aligns with our brand values.
