JOB TITLE: PR Manager (Bulgari Hotel & Resort)

### Job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Create basic press materials for External Relations activities (such as press releases (WORD), PPT documents, EXCEL reports, and photo reports and etc.)
* Manage and maintain a brand image within given guidelines
* Plan and execute press presentations
* Support corporate events
* Proactive in maintain relationships with press and VIP endorsements
### Profile
Position Overview :
Leading and managing the relationship with media stakeholders
Developing PR strategy and action plans to drive brand elevation and revenue growth.
Measuring Bulgari Hotel exposure and identifying opportunities and areas of development.
Collaborating with Bulgari Hotel headquarters and Bulgari Japan so as to understand global strategy and best translate it for the local market, capturing branding and commercial opportunities.
### Additional information
Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of luxury and hospitality,
* More than 5 year's experience in an External Relations department or Media industry
* To be very well connected with the Japanese media & KOL with also a good knowledge of the international media
* To be very familiar with digital communication and social media platforms
* To have very good speaking and writing skills both in English and in Japanese.
* Knowledge of event coordination (logistics issues, security)
* Knowledge of press kits and announcement letters
* Computer skills
* Proactive and consistent manner
* Respects teamwork
* Attitude to align well with company directions
* Curiosity-oriented to move forward and to know more about things
