Director of Rooms - Luxury Hotel
 We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to join our client, a top luxury hotel in Kansai, as the Director of Rooms. 主な業務内容：
* - フロントデスク、ハウスキーピング、お客様サービスの日常業務を管理
* - 最高品質のお客様サービスを提供するための方針を策定し適用
* - 部門責任者と協力し、ゲストからの問い合わせや特別なリクエストに対応
* - 客室在庫を管理し、リソースを最適化
* - 客室を定期的に検査し、清掃とメンテナンスを確認
* - スタッフのトレーニングと評価を通じて、パフォーマンスとサービスの向上を図る
* - 効率的に予算を策定し管理
* - 健康・安全基準の遵守を保証
* - 前向きで協力的な職場環境を促進

応募資格：
* - ホスピタリティマネジメントまたは関連分野の学士号歓迎
* - ホテルマネジメントの役職で5年以上の経験
* - フロントオフィスとハウスキーピングの業務に関する深い知識
* - ホテル管理ソフトウェアの使用に熟練
* - リーダーシップとチーム管理の実績
* - 優れたコミュニケーション能力と顧客サービススキル
* - プレッシャーの下で効率的にマルチタスクをこなす能力
* - 複数の言語に堪能であることはプラス
* - 強い組織力と細部への注意力
* - 夜間、週末、祝日を含む柔軟な勤務時間に対応可能
