  Position Summary

 </strong>
 General role for Project Manager includes managing the operational projects and mobilization of the resource to the Oil &amp; Gas fields, servicing the Oil &amp; Gas pipelines, arranging field surveys and field verifications, demobilization of equipment upon completion and Reporting. The candidate will lead a project team, producing, executing, and controlling the project budget.

   Project Planning and Scheduling:

 Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risk management strategies. Establish clear project objectives and milestones.

   Resource Management:
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure availability of resources.

   Budget and Cost Management:

   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Implement cost control measures to optimize project costs and maximize profitability.

   Quality Assurance and Control:

   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 Establish quality standards and procedures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry requirements and client expectations. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.

   Contract Management:

 </ul>
 Oversee contract negotiations, administration, and compliance with contractual obligations. Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

   Documentation and Reporting:

 </ul>
 Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, correspondence, and records. Generate regular progress reports and performance metrics for project stakeholders.

   Team Leadership and Development:

 </ul>
 Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.

   Commissioning and Handover:

  </li>
 </ul>
 Coordinate commissioning activities and ensure smooth transition to operational phase. Facilitate project handover to client or operations team, including documentation and training.

   Customers management:
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 Maintain customer&rsquo;s communication at all time. Manage customer&rsquo;s expectations, needs and critical to quality project execution and performance.

  Skills/Experience:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
  </li>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering (Mechanical or relevant)
   </li>
   <li>
    Min 5 years of operation planning experience
   </li>
   <li>
    Experience in Oil and Gas sector or EPC contracting
   </li>
   <li>
    Computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and outlook at an intermediate level
   </li>
