 The deployment of the MYLE solution is at the heart of MEDFAR&rsquo;s operations. The role of the project manager is to prepare, plan, and coordinate project. They will be responsible for managing timelines, monitoring progress and reporting results. Their contribution to the deployment team will have a direct and significant impact on the improvement of clinical processes. The project manager is a catalyst. They bring projects to fruition and coordinate all the actors involved in the project, whether through its implementation or its result. It manages the impact of the project, both during its implementation and after its completion.

 The project manager is part of a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is to welcome new clients in the implementation of our care management solutions.

  Main Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates the different activities of deploying a SaaS EMR in multiple clinics ;
  </li>
  <li>
   Depending on the size of the projects for which they are responsible, they plan and coordinate several projects simultaneously according to the life cycle of each;
  </li>
  <li>
   Evaluates the motivations, objectives and success criteria of the project for the client;
  </li>
  <li>
   Establishes an execution plan and schedule for each upcoming project and performs an evaluation of objectives;
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for the performance of his project portfolio;
  </li>
  <li>
   Analysis of the workshops and proposal for improvement of clinical processes;
  </li>
  <li>
   Organizes and leads technical meetings with stakeholders when adaptations to interfaces are required;
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures management of resources assigned to his team.

  Contribute with your strengths:

   Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, health sciences or any other relevant area;
  </li>
  <li>
   3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, idealy with SaaS solution
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced knowledge in project management;
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong sense of organization;
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent customer service, rigor, concern for excellence and attention to detail;
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to establish successful interpersonal relationships;
  </li>
  <li>
   Versatility and flexibility;
  </li>
  <li>
   Autonomy, spirit of synthesis, analytical capacity and sense of initiative;
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of the health and social services sector is an asset;
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication in English, both oral and written.

  Working conditions

   Having a car and a driver's licence valid (travel varies depending on the week);
  </li>

   Great schedule flexibility and availability to travel to the BC province or other provinces.

   Salary: 75 000 - 85 000 based on the experience + Company bonus + cell &amp; car allowance
