  We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director, Cosmetics for our Nivea and Coppertone brands to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the health and beauty market, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business objectives.

   Responsibilities of the role:

 <ul>
  <li>
   Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
  </li>

   Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure consistent brand representation and communication in all marketing materials and campaigns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and effective.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive actions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

   Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign performance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with cross-functional departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

   Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  </li>

   Build network with international stakeholders within Beiersdorf to sustain growth initiatives.
  </li>

   Analyse and define future pipeline in alignment with global marketing teams.
  </li>

   Lead Media team across all Beiersdorf brands in Canada.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contributing member of the Canada leadership team.
  </li>

   Do you possess?
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree, an asset)
  </li>
  <li>
   10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in brand management
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience within CPG industry
  </li>
  <li>
   Track record in leading marketing teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns in the Canadian market environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  </li>
  <li>
   Deep knowledge and understanding of the Canadian media landscape
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluently bilingual in French and English
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  </li>
