This role is a fantastic opportunity to help plan, develop and execute marketing plans to continue the growth of the Beverage portfolio. <br/> <br/> <strong> A day in the life of an Assistant Marketing Manager <br/> <br/> </strong> As an Assistant Marketing Manager you will be working on our exciting Beverage portfolio (including brands such as Nescafe, Starbucks, Coffee Mate, Nestea, Nesquik, Carnation Hot Chocolate). This role is a great opportunity to grow and develop your marketing experience. You will be involved in the development of the innovation pipeline, brand building projects, promotional activities, monitoring market performance and budget management. You will be working daily with cross-functional teams to make your plans come to life with lots of autonomy and support to really thrive. <br/> <br/> You will also: <br/> <br/> <ul> <li> Monitor, analyse and report on market and category performance whilst managing a PFME budget. </li> <li> Develop deep consumer & shopper knowledge in partnership with the Consumer Insights Manager and share it effectively with relevant cross functional stakeholders. </li> <li> Lead the development and implementation of specific parts of the annual business and brand plans ensuring it is in line with our overall growth strategy. </li> <li> Identify, scope and validate innovation opportunities and securing alignment from the Leadership Team and other key stakeholders. </li> <li> Execute Innovation projects, including development and implementation of “best in class” launch plans and promotional activities. </li> <li> Play a key role in working cross-functionally with a whole host of stakeholders internally and externally to Nestlé ensuring the successful implementation of our strategic growth plans.
