 We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager, based at our North York Office. In this role, you will work with a dynamic team to strengthen, evolve, and grow a brand in a fast-paced category. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a deep understanding of brand building, harness your strategic and executional prowess, and become a category expert.

  A day in the life:

 </strong>
 As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be working on a variety of projects across the portfolio. This role is a great opportunity to build strategic and fulsome recommendations, own and develop a product range, commercialize newly approved launches, and provide overall support to the team across various initiatives. You will be working daily with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with lots of autonomy and support to thrive.

 You will also:
 <br/>

 <ul>
  <li>
   Provide fact-based analytical data to support shopper and customer initiatives, to drive portfolio profitability and growth
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage the end-to-end execution of key Innovation &amp; Renovation display projects, collaborating and influencing effectively across various stakeholders to execute with excellence
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage packaging, pricing, promotional, merchandising and distribution strategies to support brand &amp; category plans
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the team in measuring the return-on-investment year over year on activations, promotions and overall merchandising tools.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and present monthly portfolio and competitive performance reviews vs. KPIs using available data tools such as AC Nielsen, to provide a complete understanding of category dynamics and business health
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the team in managing PFME spend for strategic Partnerships and Presence
  </li>
  <li>
   Leverage portfolio, shopper and marketplace data to recommend marketing strategies, and activities for the 18 Month Brand Plan (aligned with 3 Year Brand Roadmap and learning from previous years)
  </li>
  <li>
   Support and collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders across various initiatives and high-profile launches

  Role Requirements

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   University degree in Business or Marketing, and or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Must be able to manage change and evolve in a fast-paced dynamic and matrix environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other MS applications.
   <br/>
