<h3>Transition Support Team (TST) Database Administrator (DBA)</h3><p>The Transition Support Team (TST) Database Administrator (DBA) is a critical team role. The DBA will manage data sources and develop timely, accurate reports for use in direct support of Department of Defense (DoD) contract management.</p><h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supports the Transition Support Team Operations Manager.</li><li>Works with the Microsoft 365 suite of applications to fulfill contract needs.</li><li>Assembles data for management reporting.</li><li>Develops VBA programs to automate repeatable process for database updates and complex reports.</li><li>Implements Excel pivot tables and charts.</li><li>Imports and validates external data from vendor and other sources.</li><li>Develops and manages relational tables.</li><li>Develops and manages stored procedures.</li><li>Administers a SharePoint site.</li><li>Uses the DISA Telecommunication Services Enterprise Acquisition Services (TSEAS) Inventory and Billing Information (TIBI) system to collect contract data.</li><li>Accesses the DISA StoreFront to research contract information.</li><li>Accesses the DISA Contract Support Systems (CSS) to research contract information.</li><li>Parses email traffic to extract key information.</li></ul><h3>Microsoft Access</h3><ul><li>Create and manage tables, queries and code modules.</li><li>Link to external data sources to include SharePoint.</li></ul><h3>Microsoft Excel</h3><ul><li>Create and manage code modules.</li><li>Create pivot tables.</li></ul><h3>Microsoft Outlook</h3><ul><li>Create and manage mailbox rules.</li><li>Create and manage organizational mailbox folders.</li></ul><h3>Microsoft SharePoint</h3><ul><li>Create and manage lists and libraries.</li><li>Create and manage views.</li><li>Manage site permissions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Ability to take abstract requirements and develop solutions.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience in organizing data into coherent reports.</li><li>Experience working with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).</li><li>Experience working with Structured Query Language (SQL).</li></ul><p>Must be US Citizen</p><p>Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.</p><p>SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.</p><p>Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
