<h3>Live! by Loews – St. Louis, MO</h3> is a branded collaboration between Loews Hotels & Co, The Cordish Companies and the St. Louis Cardinals, one of the most beloved sports franchises in the country. The hotel is part of phase two of the already successful Ballpark Village Live! complex and delivers unscripted, locally handcrafted Loews experiences for both group and leisure guests. Live! by Loews – St. Louis features 216 guestrooms, 17,000 square feet of meeting and event space with spectacular views and multiple food & beverage outlets, including an outdoor lounge and a Bourbon Bar.
<h3>Job Specific</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintains day to day operation of Executive office by managing GM schedule, coordinating visitors arrival, assisting with office calls and distributing office communications and mail.</li>
<li>Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities</li>
<li>Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, preparing correspondence and providing research as needed</li>
<li>Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques</li>
<li>Provides information by answering questions and requests both internally and externally</li>
<li>Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.</li>
<li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks</li>
<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li>
<li>Provides the highest level of integrity and confidentiality</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Previous office experience working with senior executives</li>
<li>Knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs</li>
<li>Typing speed sixty-five WPM +</li>
<li>Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays</li>
<li>Previous office experience in a hotel environment</li>
<li>Working knowledge of ADACO,HotSOS and OPERA PMS</li>
