Are you a master in verbal and written communication? If you’ve answered yes to each of these questions, this Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO position at At Home Care is a perfect fit for you.</h3><p>This position reports directly to the CEO of the company and is an exciting opportunity to handle business communications, business operations, and schedule management at a founder level. Your responsibilities will vary from day to day.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Travel with the CEO locally and nationally</li><li>Complete significant projects on behalf of the company/CEO.</li><li>Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" roles, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.</li><li>May attend community events and assist with hosting events.</li><li>Perform work-related and personal errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank.</li><li>Make travel arrangements for business and personal travel</li><li>Research, hire, and supervise vendors and contractors for home projects, as needed</li><li>Manage community engagement scheduling and philanthropic interests</li><li>Capture, process, and contextualize extremely high volume of information, arriving across multiple channels.</li><li>Track and prioritize projects and tasks across every business area and partner.</li><li>Interpret complex task interdependencies, reprioritizing rapidly in dynamic situations.</li><li>Reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications.</li><li>Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion</li><li>Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>1 - 2 years related business experience required</li><li>Proven experience in a similar role as a personal assistant or administrative assistant a plus</li><li>Proficiency in data entry and file management systems</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel Experience.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned as needed.</li></ul><h3>Physical Demands/Working Conditions</h3><p>Plans and meets deadlines. Maintains a flexible work schedule to meet the demands. Hours may be long and irregular.</p>
