Job Description
<h3>Job Description:</h3><p>BNCN Inc. is seeking an Executive Admin for the owner of a multi-store franchise through an array of administrative work to include a mix of some financial bookkeeping and HR support.</p><ul><li>Updating spreadsheets with financial information</li><li>Organizing and filing documents</li><li>Reconciling bank accounts, monthly and quarterly statements</li><li>Producing quarterly and period financial statements to include balance sheets, P&Ls, and income statement</li><li>Reviewing and auditing reports</li><li>Processing bi-weekly payroll through Emcentrix</li><li>Managing purchasing, bills, and payroll</li><li>Review daily cash summaries for variances</li><li>Will work to support Accountants and Tax Preparers</li><li>Participate in month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, sales tax computations, and other accounting duties in a timely manner</li><li>Setting up interviews for Store managers</li><li>Checking and responding to emails</li><li>Assisting with new hire paperwork</li><li>Auditing daily store paperwork for refunds and variances</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>Experience with Quickbooks</li><li>Experience with spreadsheets including Excel and Google sheets</li><li>Previous Accounting/book-keeping experience required</li><li>Experience preparing financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Integrity</li><li>May be open to someone with less working experience if they have recent Accounting Education</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative</li></ul><h3>What we have to offer:</h3><ul><li>401(k) after a year with up to 6% employer match</li><li>Health, dental and vision insurance after 90 days</li><li>Paid vacation after a year</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Ability to work part-time remote</li></ul><p>The global chain that Little Caesars is today began with a blind date between Mike Ilitch and Marian Bayoff that was arranged by Mike’s father in 1954.
