  Therefore, Nord Pool is actively looking for a senior sales manager, who will report to the Executive Vice President - Nordic, Baltic &amp; UK markets. The role is based in Oslo and requires international travel in the Nordics and Continental Europe.

 <p>
  Will be focused on Sales and Key Account Management activities within the markets of responsibility and for cross-selling additional Nord Pool products &amp; services to increase revenue across the assigned portfolio of accounts.
 </p>

   Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, at all relevant organizational levels.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactively seek new business sales and support customers through the onboarding process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cross sell Nord Pool products &amp; services (across all regions) to assigned portfolio of customers to increase revenue from the assigned accounts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for stakeholder management including, GCM Banks, authorities, government, regulators, Independent System Vendors (ISVs) and other groups as relevant for the markets of responsibility.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for customer satisfaction of the assigned accounts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Pro-active communication and follow up on customer needs towards the Nord Pool organization.
  </li>
  <li>
   Where the assigned portfolio includes customers flagged as Strategic Accounts, responsibility for account planning and plan follow up to ensure specific account targets are achieved.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain updated records on existing and potential customers within area of responsibility at all times. Actively use and be responsible for updating information into Nord Pool CRM system, including minutes from customer meetings.
  </li>
  <li>
   Establish an active role in the energy communities within the markets of responsibility - be up to date on market topics and competitors, and share this knowledge within the Nord Pool organization.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cooperate with internal departments to help streamline business processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Give presentations and lectures, and play an active role in events and educational programmes or seminars which are significant for potential or existing Nord Pool customers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to joint goals as a key member of the Markets team, and develop plans for agreed activities.
  </li>

   Fluent in English &amp; Norwegian, Other languages (in particular Danish &amp; Swedish) are appreciated.

   Highly experienced in sales, &amp; relationship management and used to managing your own sales pipeline and working towards ambitious sales targets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coming from a similar senior role within the energy industry with a good understanding of the financial markets
  </li>
  <li>
   Some travel will be expected.
  </li>
  <li>
