  About The Job
  <br/>

 You will play an important role in developing and delivering insightful and impactful advice and solutions to our clients in Norway and internationally.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 As a strategic sustainability advisor you are skilled in consulting and problem solving. You have a good understanding of ESG principles, regulatory requirements, and sustainability trends. You are able to work with C-level stakeholders and you promote a culture of continuous improvement and are able to leverage technology to drive sustainable solutions and efficiencies.

  Your role will include;
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Work closely with clients to understand their vision and help them embed sustainability into their strategy and operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop Sustainability Road-Maps based on thorough analysis of client needs and regulatory/strategic landscape.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support clients in navigating an ever shifting regulatory landscape

 You are passionate about sustainability and like the challenge of staying up to date in this fast-changing space. You are a curious person who is passionate about learning the ins and outs of strategic risks and opportunities linked to sustainability in various industries.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 We believe you have:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   3-5 years experience within business/strategic consultancy within sustainability/ESG
  </li>
  <li>
   MSc within a relevant field such as engineering, business or environmental sciences
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with strategy development or implementation
  </li>
  <li>
   Strategic &amp; Consulting Mindset - Ability to work on complex client problems and recommend innovative approaches and solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to present the recommendations in a compelling narrative through client ready deliverables.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of key frameworks such as TCFD, UNGPs, OECD Guidelines, GRI/SASB
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience within CSRD (reporting, analysis, implementation) is beneficial
