  What You&rsquo;ll Do
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for handling enquiries and preparing and presenting quotations, as well as registering and following- up on orders.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 You will also support customers on product- and logistic related questions.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Provide quotations for complete product range
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain the general Sales email account
  </li>
  <li>
   Handle request for quotations and Purchase orders
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain customers portals
  </li>
  <li>
   Encourage and support customers to use digital tools
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicate with direct customers on purchasing
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain product documentation database
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist Sales Manager with administrative tasks (e.g. updating templates, procedures for Sales Department, invitation letters, etc)
  </li>
  <li>
   Handle and distribute incoming calls
  </li>
  <li>
   Support Outside Sales Department with quotations
  </li>
  <li>
   Support other Eaton GEIS departments, like finance, logistics and customer support, when requested

  </li>
 </ul>
 <strong>
  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Technical understanding in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science or similar.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 5 years&rsquo; experience in technical sales as a sales coordinator or in other technical positions
 <br/>
 <br/>

  Skills

  <br/>
 </strong>
 Technical understanding of electrical
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Good computer skills (SAP, MS Office, MS Excel, CRM system)
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
 <br/>
