 The Web Project Manager is a driving force in the successful delivery of Kaplan&rsquo;s web projects and products. The role requires expertise in project management, resource allocation, and overall project health will be essential in ensuring Kaplan&rsquo;s initiatives launch on time and meet the highest standards. The position l leverages a deep understanding of Asana, Kaplan&rsquo;s project management system, including advanced features like workflows, automation, and AI, to streamline processes and enhance team collaboration.

  Primary Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Project Leadership: Drive web projects to successful completion, meeting deadlines and exceeding quality expectations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources effectively, creating realistic timelines and assigning tasks to team members within Asana.
  </li>
  <li>
   Asana Expertise: Utilize advanced Asana features (workflows, automation, AI) to optimize project management processes, improve efficiency, and enhance team collaboration.
  </li>
  <li>
   Communication &amp; Collaboration: Lead project meetings, provide regular status updates to stakeholders, and foster a collaborative environment within Asana to address challenges and mitigate risks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Problem-Solving &amp; Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, adjusting project scope or timelines as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Requirements Gathering &amp; Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project requirements and document them thoroughly within Asana.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cross-functional coordination: Partner with engineering and other subject matter experts to ensure seamless project execution, using Asana as a central hub for communication and collaboration.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stakeholder Management: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing transparent updates and addressing concerns promptly through Asana.

  Minimum Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 3 years of experience managing delivery of web/digital projects, working in marketing, web production, marketing technology, or marketing operations-related functions
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working within the AGILE methodology
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to identify risks and problems
  </li>
  <li>
   Positive attitude and deadline-driven

 At Kaplan, we recognize the importance of attracting and retaining top talent to drive our success in a competitive market.
