  About the Role

 We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the day-to-day creative needs of a new growth function within Superette, the Creative Studio at DoorDash. This role is the cog in the wheel that will keep all of our growth projects moving efficiently and on time. We're looking for someone who is incredibly organized, can rally a team toward a common goal, and loves attacking problems head-on. This role will partner with key stakeholders to manage the creative development process from initial intake and brief to delivery of final assets. You will report into the Creative Operations Lead for Superette, which sits within our Marketing Organization.

   Manage the creative development process for various retention and performance growth initiatives by communicating timelines, daily/weekly status updates, and identifying potential risks/roadblocks
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop project timelines and manage creative reviews, approvals, stakeholder meetings, and creative presentations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner on a daily basis with creative teams to manage on-time growth asset development and deployment
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with Growth Creative Leads and Superette Creative Operations Lead to develop ways-of-working and processes for this new team
  </li>
  <li>
   Help manage third-party creative relationships, interfacing regularly with freelancers and production vendors
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to a positive environment that fosters remarkable creativity

   6+ years of creative project management experience, preferably in a growth agency environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Clear understanding of the creative development and production processes across digital and social assets
  </li>
  <li>
   Self-starter mindset, with the ability to handle multiple projects with minimal oversight, especially ones that have a large amount of deliverables
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication skills that can apply to multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, to get things done efficiently and correctly
  </li>
  <li>
   Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactive problem solving, with the ability to always be one step ahead
  </li>
  <li>
   Nice to Have: Experience with project management tools (ie Monday.com, Airtable, Asana, etc)

 The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

 Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
