  We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee remote subcontractor operations in our interiorscape company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor relationships and horticulture services across multiple locations in various states. Your role will ensure seamless project execution, adherence to timelines, proactive communication, and maintaining high-quality standards in plant care and landscaping services.

   Subcontractor Management:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>

   Identify, onboard, and manage subcontractors for various aspects of projects, including installation, maintenance, specialized services, invoicing, vendor negotiations, and customer satisfaction.

   Negotiate contracts, establish service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to subcontractors to optimize service delivery.

   Project Planning and Execution:
  </strong>

   Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple locations and projects simultaneously.

   Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment required for each project phase.

   Monitor progress, track milestones, and resolve issues or delays to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

   Horticulture Services Management and Logistics:

   Oversee the execution of horticulture services including plant selection, installation, watering, fertilization, pruning, and pest management to uphold aesthetic standards.

   Ensure adherence to best practices in plant care and maintenance to enhance the aesthetic appeal and consistency across all projects.

   Implement sustainable practices and recommend improvements to enhance plant health and longevity.

   Coordinate logistics for multiple deliveries to various sites, ensuring timely and accurate transportation and installation.

   Manage inventory levels, quality control, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal plant health and appearance.

   Qualifications
  </strong>

    Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
   </strong>
  </li>

    Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the construction, landscaping, or interiorscape industry, with a focus on subcontractor management.
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Strong understanding of horticultural practices, plant care, and landscaping techniques.
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
   </strong>

    Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
