  As a project manager you will focus on developing and leading campaign initiatives aimed at improving member experience amongst the Medicare member population. You will serve as a liaison between all stakeholders, remove blockers from team members, and ensure projects are completed on time.

   Requirements:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   2+ years of work experience in project or program management role.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience initiating, driving, and evaluating projects/programs independently.
  </li>
  <li>
   Basic knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical concepts (e.g., p-value).
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience achieving outcomes in corporate environments with complex approval processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience influencing, coordinating, and wrangling colleagues on cross-functional teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to create and manage tasks in project management software (e.g., Jira, Rally), ensuring smooth workflow coordination and task tracking within project teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in project management, computer science, information technology, or other related field.

   Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Learn the existing process to launch campaigns and explore new ways to reach out to members using more complex member journeys (e.g., SMS -&gt; email -&gt; IVR -&gt; reminder email).
  </li>
  <li>
   Document steps to launch campaigns to enable other teams to follow in your footsteps
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders, including data scientists, creative writers, marketing, legal, and brand teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create detailed project schedule to guide clients, staff, and project teams and follow through to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
  </li>
  <li>
   Remove blockers preventing data scientists, creative writers, and marketing teams from moving forward with campaign plans.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with stakeholders to define appropriate metrics to evaluate those campaigns and work with data scientists to identify data sources to use in evaluation.
  </li>
 </ul>

  Compensation: $70,000-$90,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
