  About You
  <br/>

 The Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in public health, nursing, or equivalent.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience: At least 5 years&rsquo; staff management leading teams in health care settings.
  </li>
  <li>
   Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience liaising with diverse stakeholders about issues of common concern.
  </li>
  <li>
   Technology: Familiarity with electronic medical records, health information exchanges, data management, and data analysis systems and tools. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Experience with project management software.
  </li>
  <li>
   Entrepreneurial: CINQCARE seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for self-motivation and self-direction to ensure CINQCARE is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise.
  </li>
  <li>
   Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with coworkers, business leaders and external constituents.
  </li>
  <li>

  About The Job

 The Project Manager reports to the Chief Clinical Officer, with accountability for providing strategy, judgment, organization, and evidenced-based analysis to ensure deliverables are met for CINQCARE requirements. They should embody CINQCARE&rsquo;s core values, including, Trusted, Empathetic, Committed, Humble, Creative and Community-Minded.

 The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing CINQCARE&rsquo;s implementation of an assigned contract, including project and budget management, project staff supervision, subrecipient oversight, partner communication and stakeholder development, data management, quality assurance, and reporting.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <strong>
  The Project Manager Will Have The Following Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Develop and manage a project workplan.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead the contract team&rsquo;s full and on-time implementation of the project workplan.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise diverse project staff on the project team and ensure staff training completion;
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage grant subrecipients and their fulfillment of obligations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Regularly communicate with and leverage the capacities of CINQCARE leadership and their respective divisions for the benefit of the project and its participants.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the Program Director in responding to all inquiries from the program officer and fulfill all obligations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure that all contract requirements are being met and project milestones are achieved timely.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the Community Consortium Coordinator with stakeholder and public engagement and participate as a member of the Consortium.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the Health Educator with securing source material and liaising with partner sites.

  </li>

  The Project Manager Will Also Have The Following Duties
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Leadership: The Project Manager will work closely with management, lead in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value within the assigned project, including building a team to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Strategy: The Project Manager will establish the business strategy and roadmap: (1) improve outcomes for CINQCARE members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQCARE business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQCARE products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Project Manager will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Collaboration: The Project Manager will be working closely with othersto learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQCARE within their assigned project.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Knowledge: The Project Manager will provide subject matter expertise and solutions, including determining and recommended approaches, solution deployment and performance evaluation.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Culture: The Project Manager is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for the team and as part of the larger company
 <br/>
 <br/>
 CINQCARE provides all employees working an average of 30+ hours/week with the option to enroll in healthcare benefits. The cost of healthcare is shared between the company and the employee.

 <br/>
 The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 In this position you will need an ability to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 30 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.

 Compensation: From $82,000.00 to $92,000.00 per year
