 We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team in the Garment Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a significant role in driving our brand's creative vision, producing innovative designs that align with the latest trends and customer demands.   Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 As a Permanent Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Creating and developing original designs for our fashion line, ensuring they reflect our brand identity and meet market trends.
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite 5 and Adobe Illustrator to create detailed technical sketches and digital illustrations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Hand sketching initial design ideas and transforming them into functional designs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborating with the production team to ensure designs are feasible within budget and manufacturing constraints.
  </li>
  <li>
   Keeping up-to-date with emerging fashion trends, industry innovations, and market dynamics.
  </li>
  <li>
   Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
  </li>
  <li>
   Presenting design ideas and final collections to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing projects from conception through to final styling.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinating with other designers to ensure a cohesive and appealing product line.

  Qualifications
  <br/>

 </strong>
 To be successful in this role, you will need
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   A minimum of 5 years of experience in the fashion design industry, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   A bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 5, including Adobe Illustrator.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceptional hand sketching skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design process, and technical skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   An in-depth understanding of the fashion industry, including production processes, materials, and textiles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong project management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
  </li>
  <li>
   A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of color, style, and shape.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to adapt to changing priorities.
