  Leading Childrenswear brand has an immediate need for an Associate Designer to join their team! In this role, you will support the entire Design and development process.
 </p>

    Responsibilities
   </u>
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Create digital technical sketches for production teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Create and updated CADs
  </li>
  <li>
   Attending sample fittings and providing feedback
  </li>
  <li>
   Researching market trends and performing competitive shopping
  </li>
  <li>
   Correspond with overseas factories and mills
  </li>
  <li>
   Update linesheets
  </li>
  <li>
   Support Design team as needed
  </li>
 </ul>

    What You Have
   </u>
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   2-3+ years of experience in design, preferably within kids
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of apparel category including fit, style, construction, and production length
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong organizational skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication skills
  </li>
 </ul>
