   Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Collaborate with the Design team and Creative Director to develop design concepts through research, draping, textile manipulation, and other exploratory techniques.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Focus on soft wovens, dresses and evening - Ranging from solid silks, draped jersey and evening wear to engineered prints and resort wear.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Sketch &amp; Design collection under the direction of Head of Design to complete design phase in a timely manner to ensure all calendar deadlines are met.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Work with Print Designers to create compelling printed styles and engineered placements.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Create and launch detailed tech packs, ensuring that all design elements and specifics of garment construction are clearly communicated and resolved in pass off.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Follow up with overseas factories on a daily basis regarding new developments, tech packs and style updates.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Attend fittings and collaborate with factories to ensure the design's intention is accurately realized and fit comments are clearly communicated.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Ensure all designs are market-ready and all necessary information is communicated to merchandising, sales and production.
 </p>

   Qualifications:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Design
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; 4+ years experience working on design team (advanced contemporary / luxury experience is a plus)
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Competent in all stages of the design process
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Strong organizational and administrative skills
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Proficient in Adobe photoshop and illustrator, Procreate, and Excel
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Proficient sewing, draping and sketching skills
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Strong understanding of construction and luxury finishings
 </p>
 <p>
