<div> This is a <em> hybrid </em> role based out of San Francisco or New York City and will require you to be in office Tuesdays and Thursdays. <br/> <br/> <strong> What’s so interesting about this role? <br/> <br/> </strong> Joining Grindr as an Executive Sourcer on the recruiting team offers a unique opportunity to build out the next phase of Grindr. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our leadership teams at Grindr and can expect to work on roles and projects across most divisions at the company in your first 12 months alone. This role allows you to make a tangible difference in the internal operations that makes Grindr run, grow and serve our 13.5+ million monthly active users. <br/> <br/> <strong> What’s the job? <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> Talent Identification & Engagement: Proactively identify and engage with top talent (often executive talent) across various channels inclusive of LinkedIn, industry partners and other. </li> <li> Research and Sourcing Partnership: Serve as a research and sourcing partner to both our executive recruiter (60%) and other recruiters on the team (40%), preparing calibration lists, conducting initial reach outs, and initial screens as needed. </li> <li> Getting people excited about Grindr: Skillfully persuade passive candidates to consider new opportunities, effectively selling Grindr and its roles. </li> <li> Deploying data-driven Strategies: Use data and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on recruiting progress. </li> <li> Adaptable Problem Solving: Innovatively address sourcing challenges and think outside the box to find and attract talent. </li> <li> Employer branding: You’ll be at the tip of the spear of candidates’ understanding of what it’s like to work for and build Grindr. We’ll look to you to not only meet candidates for your current search, but also to expand your network so it’s ready for your next search with Grindr. </li> <li> Building scalable solutions: Build out and systematize the recruitment sourcing practice at Grindr. <br/> <br/> <br/> </li> </ul> <strong> What We'll Love About You <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> Experience: You have 7+ years of work experience with 4+ years in sales / business development or recruiting, and 2+ years specifically in executive recruitment and/or sourcing. </li> <li> Your business results orientation: Demonstrated ability to set ambitious goals and achieve them through focused effort. </li> <li> Technical Proficiency: Experience with or aptitude to quickly learn to use sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems. </li> <li> Research Skills: Proven ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify and target top talent. </li> <li> Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li> Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of and commitment to the LGBTQ+ community and Grindr's mission. <br/> <br/> <br/> </li> </ul> <strong> What You'll Love About Us <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> Mission and Impact: Grindr is building the global gayborhood in your pocket.
