   Direct experience working on projects specific to Compliance and Fraud (AML, BSA, KYC), preferred.

   Direct experience managing systems integration projects, preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Direct experience managing business process improvement projects, preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Extremely organized and detailed oriented.
  </li>
  <li>
   Self-motivated.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven leadership skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong written and verbal communications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong interpersonal skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Business, financial, and technical acumen.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assertive and action oriented.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manages conflict.
  </li>
  <li>
   8+ years&rsquo; experience in the financial industry and/or equivalent business and enterprise systems experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Have experience partnering with vendors and team members on requirements, deliverables, project planning, timelines, resourcing.
  </li>
 </ul>
