  We are currently seeking candidates for an IT Project Manager role with experience in establishing a new site/location for an IT Help Desk build (infrastructure, telephony, furniture, building access, etc.), managing projects that implement Microsoft Teams capabilities, Microsoft Gen AI (Intelligent Recap) and Office 365.

   Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Establishing communications between project stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and transparency
  </li>
  <li>
   Cultivating strong relationships with technology partners to oversee and coordinate incident responses, service, operational tasks, and milestones
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicating project timelines and dependency changes
  </li>
  <li>
   Delivering project and work statuses, issues, and risks, as well as recommending improvements to stakeholders and leadership
  </li>
  <li>
   Securing project task ownership and ensuring that stakeholders can execute on action items
  </li>
  <li>
   Tracking data and key project performance indicators, identifying trends, and ensuring that projects and programs align with firm priorities
  </li>
  <li>
   Working with the program manager within the Advisor Technology Solutions team to establish consistent processes, policies, and tracking for all service, operational, and project platform tasks
  </li>
  <li>
   Leading new processes to improve quality and on-time delivery as necessary
  </li>
 </ul>

   Qualifications
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Ability to communicate successfully with business subject matter experts, technology partners and home office staff
  </li>
  <li>
   Effective leader and collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationships
  </li>
  <li>
   3+ years of experience coordinating and supporting IT processes and projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Financial or similar industry experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of incident management and program tracking software such as ServiceNow and Jira a plus
  </li>
