  This role will manage multiple cross-functional projects that drive customer experience and efficiency improvements. Its primary focus will be the delivery of priority support service across Support Account Management and Priority Support Engineering.

   Responsibilities:

    AS A CONTRACT "Project Manager", YOU WILL::
   </em>
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Project manage the key areas of our support business that enhance our support business and case management processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Deliver business results that improve the customer experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with business stakeholders and collaborate effectively on Support best practices including the design or reengineering of process and technology solutions that address complex business problems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure timely completion of project deliverables that require cross-functional teams to commit to solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures initiatives have clear objectives, drive alignment across stakeholders, document and/or update processes according to defined standards and deliver effective communications using change management best practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assess impact on KPIs and recommend changes, if needed, to ensure results.
  </li>

   Requirements:
  </strong>
 </p>

    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   10+ years experience leading complex enablement projects in a customer support and/or technical environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated technical project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes skill in collaborating with subject matter experts and managers to help deliver business results.
  </li>
  <li>
   A demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  </li>
  <li>
   Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing relationships with leadership, colleagues, and clients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent team player, able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
  </li>
 </ul>
